2 eggs + 100g of egg whites

2 slices of your favorite bread

Toast the bread

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat adding cooking spray or butter (your preference) Cook the eggs to your desired level of doneness. For sunny-side-up eggs, cook them until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. For over-easy eggs, flip them gently and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute. 

Assemble the toast. Add the layer of mashed avocado seasoned to taste and add the fried egg. 

Eat while still warm.
