Sweet Tooth Curbing Treat-Greek Yogurt Parfait

We all need a way to satisfy our sweet tooth. This is a simple Greek yogurt parfait recipe that allows you to substitute and change the base and lets you get creative to never have a bland, macro-friendly dessert again. 


- 1 Danon light + fit non-fat Greek yogurt (any flavor you like)

- 50 grams of granola (choose a low-sugar option)

- 100g of mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)optional

- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

- A sprinkle of chocolate chips (optional)


1. In a bowl or glass, layer half of the Greek yogurt.

2. Add half of the granola on top of the yogurt layer.

3. Add half of the mixed berries on top of the granola.

4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.

5. Drizzle honey over the top layer if desired.

6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top for extra happiness (optional).

7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
