Acai-Blueberry Smoothie Bowl


1 container-single serving of Danon light and fit vanilla yogurt

3.5 ounces of frozen pure unsweetened açaí fruit puree 

50g frozen blueberries

50g of frozen Banana

Enough water for your preferred texture (roughly 1/4 cup)

50g fresh strawberries

25g fresh banana

30g of granola


Combine yogurt, frozen açaí, frozen blueberries, frozen banana, and water in a blender. Purée until smooth. Layer half the granola on the bottom of the bowl, pour about half the smoothie mixture, then the rest of the granola followed by the rest of the smoothie. Top with your fresh fruit and enjoy! Note: some people prefer to use coconut water instead of plain water and others like to add other toppings like coconut or chia seeds. You can usually purchase the açaí puree already in single-serving frozen pouches from most grocery stores or even online. Get creative and personalize it to you!
